General Information

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is for those who seek graduate level understanding in the areas of: research and analytical thinking, practical application grounded in theory and in actual practice of management, human resource management, finance, business law, accounting, and ending with an internship or MBA Capstone project. The program provides students with advanced business knowledge and practical skills for the executive, manager, or entrepreneur.

Graduates of Da Vinci University’s MBA program will have built an innovative approach to business matters, will have gained analytical management skills, which are vital for running organizations, and be identified as potential leaders in their various professions. Degree programs from Da Vinci University are primarily designed to serve the education needs of working adults with the flexibility and support of a modern online institution.

Program Learning Outcomes

A graduate with the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree will be able to:

1) Prepare research documents in the English language accurately, creatively, and analytically.
2) Formulate an international business perspective regarding corporate governance, international collaboration, and global operations.
3) Articulate the global macroeconomic and microeconomic business climate and interpret its effects on the organization’s investment decisions.
4) Synthesize United States GAAP related to accounting and financial tools to critically evaluate corporate finance decisions and strategies.
5) Evaluate and describe the components of a global marketing plan for an organization, based upon a thorough global assessment of potential markets and competitors for a given product or service.
6) Analyze the business environment using business models to identify potential opportunities and formulate effective enterprise-wide strategies to achieve a competitive advantage.

Transfer of Credits from Other Schools

Concerning transferability of credits and credentials earned at our institution: The transferability of credits you earn at Da Vinci University is at the complete discretion of an institution to which you may seek to transfer. Acceptance of the credits or degree is also at the complete discretion of the institution to which you may seek to transfer. If the credits or degree that you earn at this institution is not accepted at the institution to which you seek to transfer, you may be required to repeat some or all of your coursework at that institution. For this reason, you should make certain that your attendance at this institution will meet your educational goals. This may include contacting an institution to which you may seek to transfer after attending Da Vinci University to determine if your units or degree will transfer.

Da Vinci University may award a maximum of 50 percent of the credits required for the Master of Business Administration degree program or a combination of transfer credit or equivalent credit. Credit awarded for equivalent learning can not exceed 25 percent of the credits required for the degree.

Transfer Credit Policies:
Academic credits earned at other recognized institutions with a letter grade of a “C” or better may be transferred toward Da Vinci University’s degree programs. The admission’s office of Da Vinci University will evaluate applicant transcripts and academic records to determine the amount of transferable credits accepted. To request transfer credits, submit a Transfer Credit Request Form with the proper documentation to the Registrar. Students are notified via email of the acceptance or denial of the transfer credits within 14 days.

Transcripts that are not in English must be evaluated by an appropriate third party and translated into English or evaluated by a trained transcript evaluator fluent in the language on the transcript. Evaluators possess expertise in the educational practices of the country or origin and must include an English translation of the review. All translated materials must be official.

Academic Calendar

Da Vinvi University’s Master’s Degree program on average, takes 4-5 years to complete. Full time students are given four courses at a time. Part time students are given 1-2 courses at a time. Courses are based on a flexible and self-learning structure to accommodate each student’s business and personal responsibilities.

Exam System and Course Passing

Students may be required to pass a final examination at the end of each course. A minimum score of 70% on the final examination is needed in order to successfully pass the course. Some courses may have a project due at end of the course instead. All students must complete a course finalization to receive their grade.

E-Learning System

The e-learning system is an online educational management system with tailored course materials where students and lecturers interact. Course materials include: presentations, readings, videos, assignments, quizzes, and a final exam. Following enrollment, a unique username and password will be issued for each student to access the e-learning platform. Students of  Da Vinci University may login the system with their username and password.
