The Mini Master of Business Administration (Mini MBA) certificate is for those who seek a personalized graduate level understanding in the areas of: research and analytical thinking, practical application grounded in theory and in actual practice of management, human resource management, finance, international business strategy, business law, accounting, and entrepreneurship. The program provides students with advanced business knowledge and practical skills for the executive, manager, or entrepreneur.

Graduates of Da Vinci University,s Mini MBA program will have built an innovative approach to business matters, will have gained analytical management skills, which are vital for running organizations, and be identified as potential leaders in their various professions. Degree programs from  Da Vinci University are primarily designed to serve the education needs of working adults with the flexibility and support of a modern online institution.

The Mini Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to prepare students to continue their studies in the full MBA program.

Program Learning Outcomes
Students who complete the Mini MBA Certificate Program will be able to:
1. Prepare research documents in the English language accurately, creatively, and analytically.
2. Formulate an international business perspective regarding corporate governance, international collaboration, and global operations.
3. Articulate the global macroeconomic and microeconomic business climate and interpret its effects on the organization’s investment decisions.
4. Synthesize United States GAAP related to accounting and financial tools to critically evaluate corporate finance decisions and strategies.
5. Evaluate and describe the components of a global marketing plan for an organization, based upon a thorough global assessment of potential markets and competitors for a given product or service.
6. Analyze the business environment using business models to identify potential opportunities and formulate effective enterprise-wide strategies to achieve a competitive advantage.

Program Requirements

  • One (1) prerequisite course (MGT6000 Integrated Studies in Management) required:
    (1 course, 3 credits total); and
  • Choose any four (4) from the following core courses: (4 courses, 12 credits total).

The Mini Master of Business Administration program requires 15 completed credits: (5 courses, 3 credits each).

Academic Calendar

Da Vinci University’s Mini MBA program takes approximately four to six (4-6) months to complete. The academic year consists of four (4) semesters with two to four (2-4) courses per semester. Courses are based on a flexible and self-learning structure to accommodate each student’s business and personal responsibilities.

Exam System and Course Passing

Students are required to pass a final examination at the end of each course. A minimum score of 70% on the final examination is needed in order to successfully pass the course.

E-Learning System

The e-learning system is an online educational management system with tailored course materials where students and lecturers interact. Course materials include: presentations, readings, videos, assignments, quizzes, and a final exam. Following enrollment, a unique username and password will be issued for each student to access the e-learning platform.
